TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a tracked excavator together with work equipment, for activities in the field of protection of the public and civil defence. 2. The description of the subject of the contract, the conditions for its performance, and the Contractor’s obligations include: 1) Draft contract provisions, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, 2) Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. The contract will be co-financed from funds of a targeted grant resulting from the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel this contract award procedure if the public funds that it intended to allocate for financing all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. If the Contracting Authority obtains co-financing, the Contractor will bear responsibility, including financial liability, for the loss of co-financing or its reduction by the co-financing institution if this is a result of improper performance of the subject of the contract, including in particular delays by the Contractor in its performance. 1.
