TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the purchase of 2 backhoe loaders together with trailers for their transport, divided into parts specified The description of the subject matter (OPZ) is an attachment No 1.1 to the SWZ: a) part 1 — delivery of 1 backhoe loader together with a trailer for transport. The items offered by the Contractor must meet all requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Attachment No 1.1. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered subject matter be brand new and comply with all applicable standards and regulations. The Contracting Authority allows part of the contract to be entrusted to a Subcontractor. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate in its tender the parts of the contract the performance of which it will entrust to Subcontractors, and to provide the names of any Subcontractors if they are already known. The contract will be performed on the basis of the contract templates set out in Attachments No 8.1 to this SWZ. The Contractor may also submit an offer for all parts of the contract.
