TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of one brand-new excavator loader together with its attachments, intended for work on the premises of the Municipal Waste Treatment Plant (ZUOK) in Hryniewicze. The delivery also includes handing over the required documentation, commissioning the excavator loader, conducting training, and providing a warranty and service package. 2. The technical and operating parameters of the excavator loader must allow it to be used safely and effectively, in particular for performing earthworks, loading and transporting materials, and for working with the required attachments, including when removing the effects of hazards and mass events. 3. The excavator loader must meet the technical requirements necessary for driving on public roads, as specified in the regulations in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 4. The excavator loader must be brand-new, manufactured no earlier than 2026, unused, complete, free from physical and legal defects, and ready for operation for its intended purpose.
