TENDER DESCRIPTION

„Supply of aggregates for road repairs within the territory of the Gmina of Górowo Iławeckie” The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of construction aggregates, divided into parts: o Part I – Crushed concrete 4/63 mm – 1000 tons o Part II – Crushed aggregate C50/30 with a fraction of 0–31.5 mm – 250 tons The subject of the contract must be factory-new (in the case of natural aggregate) or come from legal recycling (in the case of concrete aggregate), free from physical and legal defects. The description of the subject of the contract has been prepared by reference to standards. Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to the described standards, provided that the Contractor demonstrates that the offered material meets requirements no worse than those specified by the Contracting Authority.
