TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of crushed aggregate – basalt chippings 4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of crushed aggregate – basalt chippings of fraction 8-12 mm in an amount of up to 1,500 tonnes, i.e. purchase including loading, transport, and unloading. The minimum amount of performance is 1,000 tonnes. The indicated quantity of aggregate is provided as an estimate for determining the contract value and does not constitute a basis for the Contracting Authority to purchase exactly that amount. The final quantities will each time be specified by the Contracting Authority depending on its current needs, while maintaining the minimum amount of performance indicated above. The Contractor undertakes to ensure purchase, successive deliveries, transport, and unloading of aggregate at the yard in Puchaczów at ul. Skoczylasa 83A, 21-013 Puchaczów. Settlement will be based on the actually delivered quantities of aggregate. 4.2. Deliveries will be carried out using self-unloading trucks permitted for road traffic with a payload of up to 24 tonnes, on Mondays between 8:30 and 16:30, from Tuesday to Friday between 7:00 and 15:00. 4.3.
