TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of aggregate for the needs of the Municipality of Chełm The subject of the contract is the successive supply of aggregates for the needs of the Municipality of Chełm during 2026, i.e. purchase with loading, transport, and unloading within the area of the Municipality of Chełm. Under the basic scope, the estimated delivery is 1,200 tonnes of aggregate, including: 1) crushed aggregate of fraction 0/31.5 mm — with a content of dusty and clay fractions of max 10% — 200 tonnes; 2) concrete aggregate of fraction 0/63 mm — 1,000 tonnes; provided that the minimum size of the performance is 700 tonnes. The quantities of the individual fractions of the aggregate are estimated and may change during the performance of the contract. The final quantities and the type of ordered fractions will each time be specified by the Contracting Authority depending on its current needs, while maintaining the minimum size of the performance indicated above. Quality requirements for the contract: 1) The aggregate should be uniform, dry, without any admixtures of clay, loams and metal materials such as nails, wires or other contaminants that may damage vehicles driving on roads, as well as other…
