TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject matter of the contract is: 1) delivery and transfer to ownership for the benefit of the Contracting Authority of Devices of the type and in the quantities specified in the SOPZ; 2) granting or providing by the Contractor of a warranty and providing or ensuring, as part of it, warranty service. 3. The Subject Matter of the Contract in terms of delivery comprises: a) Laptop type 1 – 3 units, b) Laptop type 2 – 3 units. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract is contained in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 1.
