TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of light heating oil for heating purposes 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Contracting Authority of heating light fuel oil Ekoterm or equivalent, in a total quantity of approx. 182,798.00 litres. 2. The parameters of the Heating oil constituting the subject of the contract must comply with PN-C-96024.2020-12, the regulation of the Minister of Energy of 01 December 2016 on the quality requirements regarding the sulphur content for oils and the types of installations and conditions in which heavy heating oils will be used (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008), the regulation of the Minister of Finance of 11 September 2019 on the marking and colouring of energy products (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2633), grade L1 for the needs of organisational units, in accordance with the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), i.e.:- density at 15 0 C max – 860 kg/m3,- minimum calorific value – 42.6 MJ/kg,- minimum flash point – 56 0C,- maximum sulphur content – 0.10 %(m/m),- maximum water content – 200 mg/kg,- maximum content of solid impurities – 24 mg/kg,- maximum residues after incineration – 0.01 %(m/m),
