TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a light quartermaster vehicle for the needs of the State Fire Service. The subject of the contract must be performed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in Appendix No. 1 thereto entitled “Description of the subject of the contract” (hereinafter also referred to as “OPZ”) and in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed requirements regarding the performance of the contract are also set out in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ entitled “Designed Contractual Provisions” (hereinafter also referred to as “PPU”). The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor provides at least 24 months of warranty and statutory liability (the statutory liability period will be equal to the warranty period) starting from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract.
