TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of a light logistics officer vehicle for the needs of the State Fire Service. The subject of the contract must be performed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements set out in the SWZ (terms of reference), in particular in Annex No. 1 to it entitled: “Description of the subject of the contract” (hereinafter also referred to as “OPZ”), and in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed requirements regarding the performance of the contract have also been specified in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ entitled: “Draft Contractual Provisions” (hereinafter also referred to as “PPU”). The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide at least 24 months of warranty and statutory liability (the statutory liability period will be equal to the warranty period), calculated from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract.
