TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of chemotherapy drugs and drug programmes for 2026-2028, hereinafter referred to as “products”, to the Pharmacy Warehouse of the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital in Wrocław. 2. The international names, dosages and quantities of the subject of the contract are specified in the assortment-and-price forms No. 1.1-1.19, which are successive annexes to the Tender Form, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 1.
