TENDER DESCRIPTION
The assortment-quantity-price specification is precisely defined by Attachment No 2/1 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is required to complete and attach to the tender. 2. Pursuant to the requirement specified in Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority, applying the price criterion with a weight exceeding 60%, specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract (Attachment No 2/1 to the SWZ) quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject matter of the contract.
