TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of medicines for SP ZOZ Ambulance Station in Częstochowa The subject of the contract concerns successive delivery of medicines to the Medicines Warehouse of SP ZOZ Ambulance Station in Częstochowa at ul. Kilińskiego 10, resulting from the current needs of the Contracting Authority. The detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. At the stage of performance of the contract, if it is found that the delivered subject of the contract does not comply with the parameters described in the SWZ or is not complete, the Contracting Authority will refuse acceptance of the subject of the contract covered by the complaint, preparing a protocol containing the reasons for refusal of acceptance. The price and name on the invoice must correspond to the price and the trade name included in the Contractor’s offer, which constitutes an appendix to the contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right, during the term of the contract, to reduce the quantities of the subject of the contract specified in Appendix No. 1 to this specification by up to 20%.
