TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of medicines for the needs of patients of the Pulmonary Diseases Hospital wards in Orzesze for 2026. The contract includes medicines used under the B6 medicinal programme, as specified in the Price and Assortment Schedule, constituting Appendix No 2 to the ToR. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract, including the type of medicinal products, active substances, dosages, pharmaceutical form, suggested pack sizes and the estimated quantities, is specified in the Price and Assortment Schedule – Appendix No 2 to the ToR. 4.
