TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation by the Contractor for the Ordering Party of an IT solution including functionality for protecting users against threats based on the DNS protocol (System) in accordance with the Offer: by extending the subscriptions held by the Ordering Party, referred to in the OPZ, with additional security tokens for 44,000 devices, or by providing an equivalent solution meeting the requirements specified in the OPZ, as well as the configuration of the System, in a manner necessary for the proper functioning of this System. 2. As part of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor undertakes in particular to: 1) deliver, implement, launch and configure the System; 2) prepare the Documentation; 3) perform knowledge transfer in the form of workshops for persons indicated by the Ordering Party; 4) grant or ensure the grant of all licences required for the proper functioning of the System, both as a whole and for its individual elements, on the terms set out in the Agreement and the OPZ; 5) transfer to the Ordering Party the economic copyrights to the Documentation prepared by the Contractor under the Agreement; 6) grant the…
