TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of licences for office software Microsoft Office 365 E3 and Microsoft Office Business Basic for government institutions (Government) or equivalent software. The subject of the contract is “Supply of licences for office software Microsoft Office 365 E3 and Microsoft Office Business Basic for government institutions (Government) or equivalent software.” The Ordering Party requires delivery of 135 units of Microsoft Office 365 E3 software licences for government institutions and 90 units of Microsoft Office 365 Business Basic software licences for government institutions. By performing the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party considers the delivery and activation of the Licences as provided by assigning them to accounts indicated by the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Contract) and in the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
