TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of a digital screening mammography unit for the Lower Silesian Centre for Oncology, Pulmonology and Haematology in Wrocław together with the necessary additional equipment, installation, commissioning, conducting training for the Contracting Authority’s staff and the installation of air conditioning in the premises of the laboratory. 2. The contract is co-financed from the funds of the Municipality of Wrocław under the public task entitled “Investment purchases” on the basis of the grant agreement No 2/D/ZI/2026 dated 22 June 2026. 3. The subject matter of the contract must be delivered to DWOMP, ul. Joannitów 10–12, 50-525 Wrocław, to room No 210 located on the second floor of the building, hereinafter referred to as the “laboratory”. A floor plan of the room constitutes Appendix No 13 to the SWZ. 4.
