TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a digital screening mammography unit to the Lower Silesian Centre for Oncology, Pulmonology and Haematology in Wrocław, together with the necessary additional equipment, installation, commissioning, conducting training for the Contracting Authority’s staff, and installation of air conditioning in the room of the laboratory.7 2. The contract is co-financed from the funds of the City of Wrocław as part of the public task entitled “Zakupy inwestycyjne” on the basis of the grant agreement no. 2/D/ZI/2026 of 22 June 2026.7 3. The subject of the contract must be delivered to DWOMP, ul. Joannitów 10–12, 50-525 Wrocław, to room no. 210 located on the 2nd floor of the building, hereinafter referred to as the “laboratory”.
