TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a small-area xenon simulator of sunlight, hereinafter referred to as “the equipment”, for the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science of the University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 38970000-5 (research, testing and scientific technical simulators). 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex No 5 to the SWZ. 4. Delivery location of the equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, Institute of Experimental Physics, Department of Biomaterials and Medical Physics, ul. Kładki 24/63, 80-822 Gdańsk. 5. The Contracting Authority requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 12 months. Details regarding the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft agreement - Annex No 4 to the SWZ. 1.
