TENDER DESCRIPTION
SUPPLY OF UTILITY MACHINERY UNDER THE CIVIL PROTECTION AND CIVIL DEFENCE PROGRAMME 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 1 unit of a mini excavator and 1 unit of a mini loader, described in detail in Annex No 6 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference – description of the subject of the contract), within the scope of replenishing resources and infrastructure necessary for carrying out civil protection and civil defence tasks under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026, on the basis of Resolution No 72 of the Council of Ministers of 27 May 2025 on the adoption of the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme for 2025–2026.
