TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of office supplies for the 1st ZUS Branch in Łódź The subject of the contract is the delivery of office supplies to the 1st ZUS Branch in Łódź. The required features of deliveries, the delivery location and the performance of partial deliveries have been described in the Draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided by the Price Form constituting Annex No 1A to the SWZ. The required minimum quality guarantee period is: - 24 months - for the calculator (item 29 of the Price Form) and the calculator with a printer (item 30 of the Price Form); - 12 months - for the thermal roll for the dispenser (item 62 of the Price Form), the colouring tape (item 75 of the Price Form) and the colouring cartridge/rollers (item 86 of the Price Form); - 6 months - for the remaining assortment. The guarantee period begins to run from the date of delivery of the given assortment, confirmed by an authorised employee of the Contracting Authority on the delivery document.
