The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of office supplies. CPV code: 30192000-1 – office products, CPV code: 30237250-6 – computer cleaning accessories The offered subject of the contract must be brand new, packed in a way protecting against damage, free from physical and legal defects as well as third party claims, must not show any signs of use and must be full value of the first grade, including being free from deformations, not mechanically damaged, complete. Delivered office articles must be originally packaged, packaging must be intact, have the security measures applied by the manufacturer and product identification marks. 3. A detailed list and description of requirements for office supplies have been specified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference constituting the assortment-price form together with the description of the subject of the contract, which is a separate file in Excel format.
