TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of consumables for steam and plasma sterilisation for the Central Sterilisation Department of the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital No. 4 in Bytom, Al. Legionów 10.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Appendix No. 1A (Assortment and pricing form) to the SWZ. Information regarding the rules for performing the delivery, guarantee conditions and remuneration is contained in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions. 1.
