TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of consumables (toners) 1. The subject of the contract is the successive on-demand supply of the Ordering Party’s consumables for printers and copiers (toners) according to the quantities and assortment specified in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 2. Deliveries will be made successively upon request of the Ordering Party in accordance with the terms set out in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 3. Place of performance of the contract: 1) Łódzki Agricultural Advisory Centre with its registered office in Bratoszewice, Nowości 32, 95-011 Bratoszewice, 2) Branch in Piotrków Trybunalski, Wolborska 50, 97-300 Piotrków Tryb., (due to the change of the Branch’s registered office, the Ordering Party reserves the right to change the delivery address, with the change taking place within the City of Piotrków Trybunalski); 3) Branch in Kościerzyna, gmina Wróblew, 98-285 Wróblew, powiat sieradzki. 4. Additional conditions for performance of the contract were specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ.
