TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Subject of the contract. 1.1 Under the performance of this contract, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Contracting Authority for remuneration (delivery) electrical materials — emergency materials approved for circulation on the intra-Community market (CE). 1.2. The detailed type, parameters and quantities of the individual elements of the subject matter of the contract are set out in Appendix No 1 to the specification, which is available at: https://kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl 2. Delivery conditions. 2.1 Electrical materials — emergency materials shall be delivered by the Contractor on the basis of orders of the Contracting Authority, successively, in batches, during the term of the contract in a maximum of 30 batches. 2.2 The quantity and type of electrical materials — emergency materials to be delivered in one batch shall depend on the needs of the Contracting Authority and shall be specified in a written order. 2.3 Orders for delivery of electrical materials — emergency materials shall be placed and provided to the Contractor by electronic mail. 2.4 The Contractor undertakes to deliver the electrical materials — emergency materials listed in…
