TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of various medical materials, divided into lots for the Voivodeship Emergency Medical Services Station in Rzeszów, on the terms set out in the SWZ. Lot 1: Laryngeal mask airway and urine bags; 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided by the following annexes: 2.1. Annex No 3 to the SWZ – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract, i.e. the assortment-and-price form. 2.2. Annex No 4 to the SWZ titled Draft provisions of the contract concerning public procurement, together with annexes 1.
