TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of dressing materials and medical articles for the needs of SP ZOZ Psychiatric Hospital in Toszek. 2. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial tenders, where the part consists of: - Part 1 - Medical articles for single use. 3. Deliveries will be made successively, according to the needs of the Contracting Authority. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the annex to the SWZ, i.e. Annex No. 2 (Assortment-and-Price Form). 1.
