TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract is the delivery of adhesive tapes, lignin, gauze, dressing meshes. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The subject of the contract shall be free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular it has not served as an item used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It has also not been previously refurbished. The medical products offered under the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2024, item 1620). Marking of the delivered materials, usage instructions, and product descriptions must be prepared in Polish. The contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the Terms of Reference. The contractor is obliged to submit an offer for the entirety of the part(s) they choose, including all items of that part.
