TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of suturing materials, staplers and loading devices used for surgical procedures, sets for the treatment of disorders of the static support of the pelvic floor and various medical products (CPV: 33.10.00.00-1, 33.14.11.11-1, 33.14.11.21-4, 33.14.11.27-6, 33.15.82.10-7) for the needs of Copernicus Podmiot Leczniczy Sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk, the detailed description, range of assortment and estimated quantities of which are contained in the Assortment-and-Price Form – Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. The offered contract items must be complete, with a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and also free from material, design and legal defects. The offered subject of the contract must be permitted for marketing and use in accordance with applicable provisions of law.
