TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is successive delivery of shoe-making materials — part no. 1 — Sewing materials for general use. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, containing information about the assortment, quantities and requirements, has been specified in the Annex to the SWZ — the Assortment and Price Form, which forms an integral part thereof. 3. The subject of the contract shall be delivered at the Contractor’s cost, risk and by the Contractor’s transport. 4. Other requirements for the subject of the contract have been specified in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ. 1.
