TENDER DESCRIPTION
Task No 1 – delivery of consumables for the TCM-RADIOMETER monitor The assortment-quantity-price specification of the subject of the contract, the required technical and operational parameters, and other quality requirements relating to the main elements making up the subject of the contract are set out in Annex No 2/1 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the tender. Pursuant to the requirement set out in Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority, applying a price criterion with a weight exceeding 60%, specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No 2/1 to the SWZ) quality requirements relating to at least the main elements making up the subject of the contract.
