TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the supply of winter material - road salt with a fraction of 0-6 mm in an amount of up to 200 tonnes. Stone road salt should be of grade DR, i.e. for producing anti-skid mixtures (mixtures with aggregate) or for direct spreading by vehicles equipped with rotary disc spreaders. The salt should effectively and quickly melt ice and prevent black ice; it may not be toxic and must not clump during storage. The road salt should have a fraction of 0-6 mm, NaCI content min. 90%, H20 content max. 3%. The salt should have a crystalline, non-caking, free-flowing form, white in colour or white with a natural greyish or pinkish shade. The salt should meet the requirements of PN-86/C-84081/02.
