TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of office furniture. In accordance with Article 441(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make use of the option right. The detailed scope and conditions for performance of the contract are set out in: a description of the subject matter of the contract, the draft contract, the offer valuation, the warranty document, templates of acceptance – handover protocols, a list of locations for delivery of office furniture, a template of the product card.
