TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of furniture for lecture room No 457 in the Main Building of the Gdańsk University of Technology. 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of furniture for lecture room No 457 located in the Main Building for the needs of the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering of the Gdańsk University of Technology. 2. In particular, the subject of the contract includes delivery, bringing it to the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, installation, levelling and arranging the furniture. 3. The subject of the contract includes: the basic order and the order covered by an option (to be carried out simultaneously with the basic order). 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of performance have been set out in Annex No 3 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. 5. The subject of the contract must be brand new, free from all defects and damage, with no prior use, made of safe materials and may not be the subject of rights of third parties, and the services must be carried out with due diligence. 6.
