1. The description of the subject of the contract (in short: OPZ) constitutes: Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference / Annex No. 1 to the draft contract provisions. 2. The description of the subject of the contract considers the needs of all users by ensuring safe edge finishing, construction stability, and ergonomic ranges of dimensions/adjustments where applicable (especially chairs). 3. The draft contract provisions concerning the above public contract, which will be incorporated into the contract, are included in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. 4.
