TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part 1: The subject matter of the contract is the supply of ready-made furniture. The order includes furniture and equipment elements from items 1-41 in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No 6 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract – Technical specification of the products. The furniture must be factory-new, not used. Together with the offer, the Contractor shall submit a completed Form for the identification of the offered products, which forms part of Appendix No 7 to the SWZ. For each offered item, it shall provide the data required in the columns of the form, including the manufacturer or brand, series, model or type (if applicable), link or card number or specification number, document markings and the total net price. In the case of furniture made to measure without a model or catalog card, it indicates the attached technical drawing and a description of materials and fittings/hardware.
