TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of poultry meat in the quantities specified in the price form – Annex No 3a to the SWZ: TASK NO 1: SUPPLY OF POULTRY MEAT, SECURITY GROUP (GZ) SIEDLCE 2. The requirements and detailed description of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract and in Annex No 6 to the SWZ (draft contract provisions), as well as in the remaining procurement documents, which will be posted on the website of the procurement procedure at https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. 3. The Contractor shall perform the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions described in Annex No 6 to the SWZ – draft contract provisions. 4.
