TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of poultry meat in the quantities specified in the price form – Appendix No. 3a to the SWZ: TASK NO. 1: DELIVERY OF POULTRY MEAT SECURITY GROUP (GZ) SIEDLCE 2. The requirements and a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract have been specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract and in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ (draft contract provisions) and in the remaining tender documents, which will be published on the website of the procedure at https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. 3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ – draft contract provisions. 4.
