TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the procedure is the delivery of 1 piece of minibus for transporting at least 9 persons plus driver for the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Olsztyn, intended for the organizational unit of the State Fire Service of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The minibus for passenger transport is purchased for the needs of the State Fire Service, with the possibility of use during evacuation processes from threatened zones and utilization in various types of crisis situations (OLiOC). 2. The technical description of the subject of the contract is annex no. 4 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 3. The contractor undertakes to execute the subject of the contract under the terms specified in the procurement documentation, including the contract template (annex no. 3 to the Terms of Reference). 4. The subject of the contract must be brand new, unused, technically operational, safe, compliant with applicable standards and quality norms, complete and ready for use, and it must meet the minimum technical, functional, and quality requirements specified in the tender documentation. 5.
