TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a microtube ball homogenizer, hereinafter referred to as “the equipment”, for the Faculty of Biology of the University of Gdańsk. 2. The contract includes: a) delivery, assembly and installation of the equipment at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority, b) training of the indicated employees of the Contracting Authority (at most 2 persons) in the operation of the equipment. 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 38436000-0 (shakers and accessories). 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the description of the subject of the contract – Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. 5. Place of delivery of the equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Biology, Department of Evolutionary Genetics and Biosystematics, ul. Wita Stwosza 59, 80-308 Gdańsk, room B308. 6. The Contracting Authority requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 24 months. Details regarding the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract – Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. 1.
