TENDER DESCRIPTION
Supply of a mini excavator along with a trailer of the “laweta” type for transporting it The subject of the contract is the implementation of a task entitled “Purchase of equipment for rescue operations” included under the national Civil Protection and Civil Defense Programme 2025–2026 adopted by Resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of 27.05.2025, in the context of implementing activities in the field of the protection of the population and civil defence resulting from the Act of 05.12.2024 on the protection of the population and civil defence, in the scope including the delivery of 1 unit of a mini excavator together with equipment and a trailer of the “laweta” type for transporting it, meeting the minimum requirements and parameters specified by the Contracting Authority within the OPZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
