TENDER DESCRIPTION

Delivery of milk and dairy products in 2027 to the Catering Kitchens in Kielce at the following street address(es): Kołłątaja 4, Krzyżanowskiej 8 according to the quantities and assortment specified in Appendix No. 1A. Performance of the contract will take place on the basis of partial orders placed by telephone or by e-mail by an authorised employee of the Contracting Authority, with at least one business day’s advance notice before the date required for delivery, or in urgent cases after a telephone agreement. The quantities given in Appendix No. 1A constitute estimated demand. With regard to the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to: - withdraw from purchasing part of the products resulting from lack of demand or a reduction in demand; - change the quantities of ordered products within the value and assortment specified in the contract, in the event of changes in the Contracting Authority’s needs; - change the assortment in the event of withdrawal of an old product and introduction of a new product/products, within the offered assortment group of the same or higher quality and parameters, at a price not higher than that offered in the tender.
