TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply of mobile equipment for sterilisation of medical instruments The subject of the contract is the supply to Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia S.A. in Kluczbork, installation, commissioning and training of personnel in the operation of a factory-new pass-through steam steriliser with an approximate capacity of 441 l together with complete equipment. The device will be used for sterilising instruments, materials and medical products and will be used by the civil protection entity designated by an order of the Starosta to perform tasks in the scope of civil protection and civil defence. The steriliser should meet the requirements of PN-EN 285 and the applicable regulations concerning medical products, have an automatic control system, a built-in steam generator, a process archiving system for sterilisation processes, and a complete set of equipment necessary for proper operation. The scope of the contract also includes the delivery, installation, commissioning of the device and training of personnel indicated by the Contracting Authority.
