TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part No. 1: Successive delivery of brand-new equipment together with documentation, along with granting or ensuring warranties and providing, as part thereof, warranty service for the equipment on the terms indicated in the Contract Template constituting Appendix No. 5a to the SWZ and in the Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract includes the successive delivery of the following equipment: a) Specialist monitor type 1: 15 units; b) Specialist monitor type 2: 10 units. The Contracting Authority may place orders with the Contractor up to the amount of the maximum remuneration for the performance of the subject matter of the Contract. The Contracting Authority guarantees the award of Orders with a total value not less than 50% of the maximum remuneration (guaranteed scope of the contract). The Contractor shall not be entitled to claims in connection with the award of Orders exceeding the guaranteed scope of the contract.
