TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of medical apparatus and equipment for the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża, in the quantity and with the parameters required as specified in Annex No. 6 to the Terms of Reference, along with full warranty service and training of the Contracting Authority's personnel, under the conditions specified in Annex No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.
