TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of medical equipment and apparatus in the outpatient clinics of the Provincial Hospital im. Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Łomża, in the quantity and with the parameters required as specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, together with full warranty service and training of the Ordering Party’s personnel, on the terms specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The conditions for performing the contract have been set out in the contract template constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
