TENDER DESCRIPTION

Supply, installation and commissioning of two ITS-class traffic signal controllers The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of two ITS-class traffic signal controllers (e.g. solutions used in an existing ITS system operating in Olsztyn - AsterIT). The controllers must be fully compatible with the existing traffic management system and the technical infrastructure of the Contracting Authority. The work will involve: - dismantling and disposing of the control cabinet of the currently installed controller at the given location;- transferring all properly functioning components of the old controller to the traffic light signal conservator;- installing the supplied controller in place of the dismantled one;- implementing the existing/current traffic signal programs into the new controller and the SCATS system,- commissioning and verifying the correct operation of the controller locally and in communication/cooperation with SCATS and the ITS Central Application.
