TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is delivery, installation and commissioning: Patient chair for blood collection for conducting tests at the Hospital in Kamień Pomorski Sp. z o.o. 2. The description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, which must be submitted without fail together with the tender form (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) (hereinafter also as “FO”). 3. The Contracting Authority requires that the equipment offered constitutes a medical device — within the meaning of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 1620, as amended, hereinafter “UoWM”), placed on the market and put into use in the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations. 1.
