TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly, installation, integration and commissioning of a CNC turning-milling centre, together with the necessary equipment, at the Purchaser’s premises. 2. Under the contract performance, the Contractor is required to: 1) Deliver the 5-axis CNC turning-milling centre to the Purchaser’s premises at the Contractor’s cost and risk. 2) Carry out unloading, installation, positioning and anchoring (if required). 3) Perform electrical, pneumatic, coolant and communication connections. 4) Perform technological commissioning and configuration. 5) Provide training for the Purchaser’s staff. 6) Carry out acceptance tests. 7) The Contractor is required to supply 3D models of the supplied CNC turning-milling centre in neutral formats (e.g. STEP or Parasolid), enabling their use in CAD/CAM systems, in particular for creating and verifying post-processors, machining simulation, and preparing the digital twin environment. The models must reflect the actual kinematics, ranges of motion and the machine’s working space, to an extent that enables reliable simulation of technological processes and elimination of collisions prior to production…
