TENDER DESCRIPTION

For Part II (Municipal Cultural Center "Szopienice-Giszowiec" at 28 Hallera Street) the scope includes: a) Design and agreement of the photovoltaic installation along with all necessary components, reconstructions, and connection to the electrical installation, b) Obtaining required permits/consents for task implementation, if required, c) Obtaining legally required opinions, valid permits, checks, agreements, and approvals of design documentation, including in particular agreements with the Contracting Authority, fire safety experts, occupational health and safety and sanitary-hygienic inspectors, and the competent Heritage Conservator d) Exercising author's supervision; e) Delivery of devices and construction materials to the construction site necessary for the photovoltaic installation f) Reconstruction or replacement of electrical installation to the necessary extent g) Execution of necessary works to create an automatically cooperating system of photovoltaic panels, energy storage, inverter, reactive power compensation system, electrical installation, protection and grounding, h) Reconstruction and adaptation of the lightning protection installation, i) Execution of…
